Announcing the AGM!!
Its the time of the year where we announce our AGM and call for Nominations to the positions on the Committee for the Springfield Runners Group 2019/2020 term.
As a reminder, the group is run entirely by volunteers, coming together with a common goal to support our local community and provide a safe environment for runners and walkers of all ages.
The AGM is a great opportunity for you to take on a position in this group. There is great opportunity to work with dedicated people, liaise with our amazing sponsors and drive SRG toward a bright future!
The roles are:
- Vice President
- Sponsorship Coordinator
- Memberships Coordinator
- Run Leader Coordinator
- Social Media Coordinator
- Events Coordinator
All positions on the Committee are open for nomination. All current positions will be declared vacant on the day.
All nominees must be a current financial member of SRG over 18 years of age. Nominations must be made by two (2) current financial members who are also over 18 years of age. The form must be signed by the nominators and the nominee.
We encourage you to consider yourself for a position or alternatively, consider people who you think would be great in one of these roles and perhaps approach them, have a chat and ask if you can nominate them.
The names of the nominees and the positions they were nominated for, will be posted on the SRG website shortly after nominations close.
